Hi Emily,

I just noticed that you re-stripping the parking lot tomorrow and that I had not yet completed my written notification of my intentions, so I thought I would drop you a quick note about the topic.

My water spigot has its handle removed and a sign above it labeled ‘private’. Despite this and previous conversations, GPM and it’s subcontractors routinely access the water with a hand tool.

If this happens tomorrow, I will be forced to call the local sheriff.

Hopefully you can warn the appropriate personnel to prevent a needless confrontation.
