Gossamer Computer Services LLC also offer several levels of subscription based services to the general public and specific subscription fees reserved for the River Run Homeowners Association.

• Contributor Subscription: This subscription level is available to the general public and permits the user to post articles and moderate the comments on their posts. All posts are subject to moderation and are approved at the sole discretion of Gossamer Computer Services LLC.
• Authoring Subscription: This subscription level is only available to River Run Homeowners and allows the user to post articles and moderate the resulting comments free of moderation by Gossamer Computer Services LLC.
• Property Management Subscription: This subscription level is restricted to the current property management company employed by the River Run Homeowners Association. This subscription is identical to the authoring subscription but allows for much heavier utilization and a premium for the anticipated cost reductions delivered. Also allows for direct billing.
• Vacation Rentals & Real Estate Sales: This subscription level is restricted to the homeowners of River Run Condominiums and entitles the homeowner to a unique page within the site for the purposes of advertising their unit for rentals or sale.
• Misc Advertising: Outside vendors may purchase advertising on this web site.

Subscription Schedule of Fees

Subscriptions fees are based per individual user. Users violating this policy are subject to a non-refundable cancellation without notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
